Sal D'Amato was clearly the UFC's most active judge in 2013, submitting 54 scorecards in fights that went to a decision within the Octagon. D'Amato rendered decisions in 16 UFC events, worked in three countries and eight different U.S. states.

Not only did D'Amato render the most UFC decisions in 2013, he also became the all-time leading scorecard submitter in the history of the UFC, passing Cecil Peoples.

British-based judges Howard Hughes, Chris Watts and Ben Cartlidge filled three of the spots on the list, while only two slots were made up by Las Vegas judges (Junichiro Kamijo and Glenn Trowbridge).
